ATLANTA — A woman in connection with a homicide in Decatur has been arrested, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit.
Officers arrested Talisha Moore-Real, 34, of College Park and charged her with murder and aggravated assault, which are both felonies.
Arrest warrants state that Moore-Real allegedly hit and ran over 47-year-old Laquita Baker with a silver SUV at the Gulf American Inns on Flat Shoals Road.
Baker died as a result of her injuries.
Moore-Real was arrested at a gas station located at 5022 Old National Hwy and is being held in the DeKalb County Jail without bond.
