A whole lot of change is coming to the corner of Lyndale Ave. and 26th St., the former home of Hi Flora and, before that, Common Roots Cafe.

The owners of Reverie in Minneapolis' Powderhorn neighborhood, Kristin Wiegmann and Jeff Therkelsen, have purchased the building and will open a plant-based cafe and bar called Dreamstate Cafe, Mpls/St. Paul Magazine reports.

Wiegmann and Therkelsen are bringing more change than a new cafe. They will lease the back section of the building to Boneshaker Books, which will relocate from its current home at 2002 23rd Ave. S in Minneapolis.

Deramstate will lean into being an all-day hub, per MSP Mag, offering early morning coffees and late-night drinks, served alongside a plant-based menu.
