BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - Binghamton Mayor Jared Kraham says there's still no timetable on releasing the report on former Police Chief Joe Zikuski following his announcement that he is stepping down from the position.

Zikuski announced his resignation two days ago following a controversy in July where his girlfriend and her neighbors on Ackley Avenue in Johnson City got into a verbal altercation that escalated when she went on the neighbor's porch and began to physically attack them. One of the neighbors can be heard in the video saying he is a minor, and the woman can be heard saying, "We are the police."

Kraham says the decision to retire was up to Zikuski and they haven't directly communicated since Zikuski was placed on administrative leave on July 20.
