GREENWOOD, S.C. —
The 8th Circuit Solicitor's Office said two people were arrested after fentanyl pills were found inside the Greenwood, South Carolina, Sonic Drive-in location.
The solicitor's office said after a months-long investigation with the Drug Enforcement Administration, Greenwood Police Department and Greenwood County Sheriff's Office, Quintavius Crawford and Kayla Beggs were arrested.
They said Crawford was charged with trafficking fentanyl after officers found approximately 250 grams of blue fentanyl pills and two firearms at a home on Lisa Drive.
According to the solicitor's office, Beggs was a manager at the Greenwood Sonic, and was arrested at work Thursday on a warrant for distribution of fentanyl.
