Shared shipping is no more for some Amazon Prime members.

On Oct. 1, Amazon phased out its long-running Amazon Prime Invitee program.

Since 2009, Amazon Prime members had been able to share free two-day shipping with one other adult – regardless of where they lived. The program stopped taking new sign-ups in 2015, but existing members were still able to access the perk.

“Fewer than 1% of U.S. Prime members are affected by this change,” Amazon said in a statement.

So, what happens for Prime Members now?

Amazon is encouraging members who used the Invitee program to sign up for Amazon Family instead.

USA Today reported that those switching from Invitee to Amazon Family will be offered a limited time deal: 12 months of Prime for $14.99.
