CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Some neighborhoods, such as Evanston and College Hill, are experiencing a significant increase in economic development, which is desirable for everyone.

However, this growth comes with a catch: an increase in the value of homes and higher property taxes.

“We’re putting pressure on the legislature to do something by way of property tax relief,” Hamilton County Commissioner Denise Driehaust said.
