ATLANTIC CITY — Anthony Faranca is stepping down as general manager of the Showboat Resort Atlantic City.

The casino-hospitality industry veteran said Thursday he will be taking on an expanded role with Think Hospitality, the Showboat's management partner.

"I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside such a talented group of professionals at the Showboat Resort," he said in a statement. "Together, we achieved a record year in 2024 and strengthened both the property and Atlantic City’s hospitality landscape.
