On Tuesday night, Candidates up for election gathered in the Wood Center at the University of Alaska Fairbanks for the last community question forum before election day on Tuesday.
The event was organized by Associated Students of UAF (ASUAF) and the Honors College and was moderated by students.
Twelve candidates sat side by side at a long table in the amphitheater area of the Wood Center, the hub for students. Traffic through the building was steady and some stopped to watch while passing by; a crowd of around 75 people settled in to hear the prospective electees answers.
The panel included candidates for City of Fairbanks Mayor, Fairbanks North Star Borough Assembly, Fairbanks City Council and Fairbanks North Star Borough School Board. Those not present were incumbent Mayor David Pruh
