PHOENIX — A man was booked into the Maricopa County Jail in connection with the murder of two teens at Mount Ord in May, according to officials with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. Officials named the suspect as 31-year-old Thomas Brown.

Pandora Kjolsrud, 18, and Evan Clark, 17, were found dead from gunshot wounds in a remote area near Mount Ord on May 27. The sheriff's office confirmed that their bodies were found at a different location from their vehicle.

Clark's mother, Sandra Sweeney, said she is still haunted by the murder of her son but thanked authorities for bringing her closure.
