PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - In the WYMT ARH Game of the Week, Shelby Valley hosted Pike County Central and won, 21-14.

Pike County Central scored the first points of the game on a rushing touchdown scored by Kameron Smith.

The Hawks scored the two-point conversion following Smith’s touchdown.

In the second quarter, Shelby Valley scored on a 46-yard rushing touchdown by Tanner Maynard.

At the break, the Hawks led, 8-7.

Pike Central got the scoring going first in the second half on a 55-yard pass from Jonah Hicks to Keonatae Jeffries.

The Wildcats would answer with a two-yard rushing touchdown from Logan Hall.

Early in the second half, Hicks would fumble the ball, leading to a scoop and score by Hall.

The fumble recovery for a touchdown put Shelby Valley up, 21-14.
