TJ Mooney and his husband, Nelson Lopez, are starting a new chapter. Their restaurant, Nelson's in the Whit , started as a food truck and grew into a quirky brick-and-mortar located inside a house right off Blair Boulevard. After gaining a strong following for friendly service, top-notch Mexican cuisine, and out-of-this-world blood orange margaritas, Mooney and Lopez are opening a new Nelson's location, right next to the UO campus.
