BOSTON — The Trump administration is once again moving to strip Harvard University of funding for failing to control antisemitism on campus, less than a month after a federal judge reinstated billions of dollars in frozen federal research money to the Ivy League school.

On Monday, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office for Civil Rights announced it is referring the university to its regulatory board for possible suspension and debarment, which could cut Harvard off from billions of dollars in federal contracts and programs.
