CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland’s Chief City Planner, Kim Scott, is set to face a judge Friday morning.
Scott is set to be arraigned in Cleveland Municipal Court on Friday morning.
She was arrested on Wednesday on a felony theft charge, according to court records.
According to Cleveland Municipal Court records, Scott is facing a fifth-degree felony charge of theft.
The City of Cleveland confirmed Scott was placed on unpaid administrative leave.
According to court records, on about May 27, Scott falsified Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork and stole 117 hours of paid time from the City of Cleveland.
