It won’t be a surprise if you see a bunch of Wednesday Addams doppelgängers, complete with jet black pigtails, this spooky season.

It “goth girl” Jenna Ortega has put goth fashion back on the map while promoting Wednesday , most recently sporting leather and silky, flowy dresses from Ann Demeulemeester and Vivienne Westwood .

On the runway, Goth fashion has also had a complete revival – Thom Browne’s fall 2024 collection at New York Fashion Week comes to mind. Inspired by Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Raven,” his collection’s eerie setting featured a palette of black and white, velvet and oversized pieces.
