SUPERIROR, Wis. – An agreement had been made between the City of Superior and the Investigator suing the city to keep some part of the evidence in the lawsuit will be kept confidential.
That agreement was filed on October 2, 2025.
Superior Police Department Investigator Mikayla LeRette is suing the City of Superior and some city of Superior employees in Federal Court.
A lot of the complain centers around action during and after LeRette’s pregnancies.
Most of the the remainder of the complaint focuses on the tracking of LeRette’s vehicle and her schedule.
Both sides agreed in court filings to keep “training, personnel, and disciplinary file” plus “security numbers, home addresses, names of minor children, full dates of birth, financial account numbe
