Fluvanna supervisors pause to remember former Supervisor Mozell Booker

FLUVANNA COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The first African-American woman to serve on the Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors has passed away.

It was announced that Mozell Booker passed away Tuesday at the age of 83.
