A house in Shamong that sold for $999,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Burlington County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 58 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $459,769. The average price per square foot was $214.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 22 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $605K, single-family home at 402 Breeders Court

A 2,204-square-foot detached house at 402 Breeders Court in Marlton, has been sold. The total purchase price was $605,000, $275 per square foot. The house was built in 2001. The deal was finalized on Aug. 28.
