SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- The man accused of killing Moody County Chief Deputy Ken Prorok over a year ago will be back in court this afternoon.
Prorok was killed during a high-speed chase near the I-29 and Colman exit.
42-year-old Joseph Hoek is accused of swerving and intentionally running down Prorok on the highway.
Today's hearing is a change of venue hearing. The request comes after the defense argued the trial might not be fair in Moody County.
KELOLAND reporter Tom Hanson will be in the courtroom and will have the latest tonight on KELOLAND News.
