Following nearly two months of anticipation, Taylor Swift released her brand-new album, "The Life of a Showgirl," on Oct. 3.
Going into this album, her 12th, Swift said that she drew inspiration from the behind-the-scenes experience of her record breaking Eras Tour, recording much of the record while flying in and out of Sweden between tour stops.
Produced alongside longtime collaborators Max Martin and Shellback, the 12-track record includes a variety of pop culture references and odes to Swift's personal life, including her fiancé Travis Kelce.
Among them is a nod to Old Hollywood star Elizabeth Taylor, whom Swift names and directly addresses in track No. 2 of the record.
