More livestock killings have been reported in Duchesne County, this time in Mountain Home. The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office announced the latest killings on Thursday, asking the public to report suspicious activity and reminding all that there is reward money available. In mid-September, the Sheriff’s Office announced that a cow had been shot in the Tabiona area near SR-208 which was similar to a calf killed in the same general area in late July. “Crimes like this not only result in financial loss for local ranchers but also raise serious concerns for the safety of livestock and residents in the area,” shared the Sheriff’s Office at that time.
