With 20 years of experience as a college president, Arthur Levine is no newbie to higher education. In fact, Levine fell in love with the field of education as a Brandeis University undergraduate over 50 years ago.

Levine had been enjoying his retirement when he returned to Brandeis in November 2024 as interim president . This month, he was sworn in to the position on a more permanent basis.
