The unexpected moment happened during Thursday’s episode of her “ Not Gonna Lie ” podcast. It was in honor of October being Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.

During the episode, Kelce, 33, opened up about the heartbreaking miscarriage she suffered before she welcomed her first daughter, Wyatt, with husband and NFL star Jason Kelce .
