LOWVILLE, N.Y. (WWTI) - The weather has caused a bridge project in Lewis County to be delayed until next week.

The Lewis County Highway Department offered an update on the East State Street Bridge project in the village of Lowville.

Paving for the bridge project has been rescheduled to Tuesday, October 7, due to rain that fell in the area last week.

The highway department said that crews are working hard to complete the project. Officials will offer updates once the bridge reopens.
