Arsenal have announced an agreement with Shamrock Rovers for Irish teenager Victor Ozhianvuna.

However, Ozhianvuna won't officially be a Gunners player until January 2027, which is when he turns 18. Arsenal fan claims Viktor Gyokeres is being made to look like Nicklas Bendtner by Mikel Arteta!

FA and Premier League rules stipulate clubs cannot sign players under the age of 18 from abroad.

Due to the laws in place, Ozhianvuna will remain with the League of Ireland side for just over a year before moving to north London.

According to Irish outlet RTE, the fee for Ozhianvuna is €2million (£1.74m).

The seven-figure transfer, which is reported to include a 20 per cent sell-on clause, breaks the record for the largest fee for a League of Ireland player.

It surpasses the €1.7m (£1.48m)
