For business owners in Holly Hill, flooding is a yearly reality.

Danny Wilson, who owns Wilson 4x4, an auto parts store in town, says he already knows what is coming.

He is used to it by now. Over the years, Wilson has replaced the floors inside his shop, elevated everything by about a foot, and resealed the store. He also keeps more than 100 sandbags in the back of the store just in case.

"I've got about 100 sandbags stacked up in the back. So any given time, I know that I can sandbag the building and hopefully that'll help," he said.

But it is not just the rain or rising water that causes problems. It is the cars.
