Following in his father's footsteps: Newburyport swears in newest PD officer

NEWBURYPORT — Looking to follow his father’s success, Newburyport’s newest police officer Shea Lucontoni was sworn in Wednesday morning at City Hall.

Watching from a few yards away was Lucontoni’s father, Wenham Deputy Police Chief Jason Lucontoni, as well as his mother, sister and grandparents.
