BOSTON —

A woman accused of pushing a 63-year-old woman off an MBTA bus in Boston last month admitted to sufficient facts in the case in court Friday, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said.

Luz Pineda, 32, was charged with assault and battery on a person older than 60, causing injuries.

In Boston Municipal Court in Roxbury, her case was continued without a finding for two years. The judge imposed several conditions, including that she cannot ride the MBTA; she is under home confinement for three months except for any medical appointments for herself or her children, a condition enforced by GPS; she must complete anger management; she must stay away and have no contact with the victim; and continue with mental health treatment.
