HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- The U.S. House is not in session, though the Senate voted down two plans to reopen the federal government.

The shutdown will continue and, for PennDOT, it's business as usual.

"There are no current funding impacts to PennDOT as a result of the federal shutdown," the agency said in a statement to abc27 News. "PennDOT will continue delivering transportation projects and serving Pennsylvanians at our driver license centers."
