LEXINGTON, Ky. ( WKYT /Gray News) - A Kentucky family says justice has not been served after the man convicted of stabbing their son has been released from prison.
Authorities said Ronald Exantus traveled from Indianapolis to Versailles in 2015, where he committed a series of stabbings. Those stabbings resulted in the death of 6-year-old Logan Tipton and injuries to his father and two sisters.
“He stood up with me on top of him. Just stood up and threw me 10 to 15 feet across the room and went after [my daughter],” Dean Tipton, Logan’s father, said.
The Tipton family said they didn’t know Exantus and he gained access to their house through an unlocked door that day.
Dean Tipton says Dec. 7, 2015, is a night that changed their family’s life. He said his children woke him up; he then
