APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - It’s been 11 months since 16 houses on South Aurora Drive in Appleton have received their mail.

On Friday, homeowners in that subdivision are voicing frustration, asking that the problem be resolved.

“I’m pretty frustrated with the situation. I’ve tried to be really patient, and kind, and give grace, but at this point, I mean, I’ve got to get bills. Got to pay them on time,” says Emma Clancy.

Emma and her neighbors moved into this subdivision along Highway 441 in November 2024, where they built curbside mailboxes, expecting to receive their mail.

After not receiving mail, most have taken theirs down, and they want answers.
