PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. — A former employee of a school in the University of Arkansas System and two others have been arrested after allegedly kidnapping an 18-year-old at gunpoint and forcing him to play Russian roulette.

Robert William Ellerd, 54, was arrested on Sept. 29 by the Sherwood Police Department and was booked on a $500,000 bond for aggravated robbery, kidnapping, and terroristic threatening.

Brothers Charles Homan, 20, and Jackson Homan, 23, were also arrested in connection to the incident and face the same charges. Both were booked into the Pulaski County Jail on $500,000 bonds.

A police report said the 18-year-old was helping his girlfriend on Sept. 20 by driving her vehicle from Little Rock to Sherwood. When he arrived at her house Jackson allegedly put his arms around the
