Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Brandon Johnson is hoping for another NFL chance after suffering a foot injury that ended his preseason and Steelers tenure.

Johnson’s foot injury left him in a boot and forced him to miss time, but on Friday, he popped up for the first time since August by trying out for the New York Giants along with another slew of wide receivers. He hopes to land in New York, where he could get another NFL chance.

Johnson was in his second season with Pittsburgh after appearing in three games and catching 1 pass for 9 yards in 2024.
