SOUTHINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) — Fall yields many cozy traditions, such as strolls through charming outdoor shops and fresh apple cider, and what better place to see it all than at Southington's 56th Annual Apple Harvest Festival.
The festival is a six-day event, one of the largest and longest-running festivals in the northeast, and draws crowds of up to 100,000 people, according to its website.
The event takes place over the course of two weekends on the Southington Town Green with free admission.
Dates and Hours • Oct. 3: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. • Oct. 4: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. • Oct. 5: 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. • Oct. 10: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. • Oct. 11: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. • Oct. 12: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
