A video circulating on social media has triggered widespread concern over alleged fraudulent practices during mobile exchange deliveries. In the clip, a Flipkart delivery boy can be seen demanding an extra Rs 500 from a customer during a phone exchange, raising serious questions about delivery ethics. According to the customer, the agent claimed there was a “fault" in the old device and refused to proceed unless the extra payment was made. When the customer refused, the delivery boy allegedly threatened to put a dent on the new phone.

The confrontation escalated quickly, but the customer stood his ground and asked the agent to leave.

The agent, who reportedly identified himself as being from Badshahpur, told the customer to “behave like a customer."
