LEXINGTON, Texas — Lexington High School sophomore Jurian "Juju" Moore was airlifted to an Austin medical facility Friday night, according to the Burleson County Sheriff's Office.

The wideout was taken out of the game against Caldwell due to a head injury. Officials say Moore was brought to an Austin facility for "advanced medical care."

Sheriff Bill Rios of Burleson County said, "Our thoughts and prayers are with this young athlete, his family, teammates, and the Lexington community. We ask everyone to join us in keeping him in your prayers for a full and speedy recovery."
