INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating a reported stabbing in downtown Indianapolis early Saturday.
Officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 300 block of West Washington Street around 12:30 a.m. When they arrived, they found two victims with injuries consistent with trauma, which investigators believe to be stab wounds.
One of the victims was taken to the hospital in critical condition. An IMPD spokesperson said the other victim is awake and breathing.
There is no information at this time about what led up to the incident.
