Former Blue Peter host Tim Vincent looks virtually identical to his 1990s television heyday, apart from his distinguished silver hair.

The Welsh broadcaster, now 52, launched his career on children's television before mingling with Hollywood's A-listers – even securing a stint in a soap opera.

Tim, who hails from Wrexham, frequently shares updates with his Instagram followers, boasting over 8,000 in number.

One recent snapshot showed him alongside twin sons Jasper and Felix during a sunny getaway.

He wrote: "The first picture captures a daily occurrence which I love, when I have a cappuccino or finish a meal the boys like to sit on my lap for a quick cuddle, and long may it continue!"
