FLUSHING, Queens (WABC) -- Police have charged a man accused of fatally stabbing his mother-in-law and injuring his teenage brother-in-law at their home in Queens.

Weisheng Chen, 27, is charged with six counts of murder in connection to the deadly stabbing. He is also charged with arson, criminal possession of a weapon and assault.

NewsCopter 7 was over the scene on Thursday at the multi-family home on Smart Street between 45th Avenue and Holly Avenue in Flushing.

Police say Chen allegedly stabbed his 50-year-old mother-in-law in the abdomen, killing her. He then allegedly stabbed his 17-year-old brother-in-law multiple times, officials said.
