Hyderabad, Oct 4: In a move that will directly impact daily commuters, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGRTC) has announced a hike in bus fares across Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Officials confirmed that the revised fares will take effect from October 6 .

The corporation stated that additional charges will be collected on all categories of city buses. As per the new structure, passengers will pay ₹5 more for the first three stages , while fares will go up by ₹10 from the fourth stage onwards . This increase applies to both ordinary and other city bus services operating within the twin cities.
