CAMBRIDGE, Mass. —

The government shutdown enters its fourth day with little progress made on both sides.

The standoff is over healthcare and rising insurance premiums for millions of people.

Some Republicans say they will reopen negotiations over Medicaid cuts and tax credits for the Affordable Care Act only after the Democrats agree to reopen the government.

Massachusetts Rep. Jake Auchincloss says the party is willing to hold out for what it wants.
