Quarterback Cade Klubnik threw a pass behind the line of scrimmage to wide receiver Antonio Williams, who faked like he was going to run but threw a 75-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver T.J. Moore instead. The Tigers scored a touchdown in just 11 seconds.

Williams' touchdown pass to Moore marked the first time Clemson has scored on its opening offensive play of a game since the 2018 ACC championship game when running back Travis Etienne rushed for a 75-yard touchdown vs. Pitt. Williams is also 4-of-4 passing for 143 yards and two touchdowns in his career.
