A food giant that makes Walls, Magnum and Ben and Jerry’s plans to use AI to produce healthier and better tasting ice creams. ‌

The Magnum Ice Cream Company, which is leaving its umbrella organisation Unilever next month, believes the technology will be “a catalyst for unlocking the next generation of food innovation ”. ‌

They are teaming up with food tech company NotCo, the developer of Giuseppe AI, which can select the perfect ingredients f or products from thousands in its database. ‌
