Mumbai, Oct 4: Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis has called for swift and high-quality completion of all infrastructure projects related to the upcoming Nashik-Trimbakeshwar Simhastha Kumbh Mela 2027, emphasizing that the event is a deep-rooted symbol of India’s spiritual, cultural, and religious heritage.

Chairing a high-level review meeting, Fadnavis underscored the urgency of executing key developmental works with both efficiency and attention to detail. “The Kumbh Mela reflects the faith of millions. We must ensure that every project—from roads to sanitation—is completed on time, with top-notch quality,” he said.
