CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- The Cass County Sheriff's Office reports deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Gumwood Road and Worrell Street in MIlton Township around 9:14 a.m., Friday.

Authorities say a vehicle, driven by 23-year-old Grant Rollins of Cassopolis, was traveling on Gumwood Road approaching the intersection with Worrell Street when he failed to stop at the stop sign.

A vehicle, driven by a 46-year-old Elkhart woman, was traveling on Worrell Street when the two crashed.

Rollins was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

The woman was uninjured and released on scene.

The incident remains under investigation. Share
