A massive chaos unfolded in Chicago Saturday when US Border Patrol agents shot a woman claiming that it was in self defense as the woman was armed with a semi-automatic weapon and was trying to attack the agents. The agents said they were rammed by 10 cars as they were patrolling. The woman was in one of those cars, driving. The woman was already known to the federal agency for allegedly publicly identifying agents and encouraging people to attack them, Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said. The shooting was reported at around 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of South California Avenue and West 35th Street in the city’s Brighton Park neighborhood.
