DALLAS — The family of a Venezuelan man shot during an attack on a Dallas immigration facility says they first learned of his injuries through social media and remain desperate for answers.
Jose Andres Bordones-Molina, 33, was one of three men shot at the facility last week . He was the only survivor. His parents, who live in Venezuela, said they viewed surveillance footage of the facility on social media, and they were able to identify their son running into the building with bloodied shorts.
“We feel so worried... we’re in distress,” his father, Jose Bordones, said in Spanish during an interview with WFAA. “What’s going to happen to my son?”
