HAYFIELD, Minn. — A fatal motorcycle crash occurred late Friday night following a disturbance at the Hayfield Bar, Dodge County Sheriff Scott Rose reported. Deputies responded to a call about a loud verbal argument involving multiple people at the bar located on Center Avenue South.
Upon arrival, a deputy observed two motorcycles leaving the scene at high speed. The deputy pursued and discovered one of the motorcycles, a white 2012 Harley Davidson, had crashed into a small outbuilding on Main Street West. The rider, 36-year-old Colten Burk of Austin, was found unresponsive in the grass nearby.
Emergency lifesaving efforts were initiated by the deputy, assisted by the Hayfield Ambulance Service and Mayo One. Despite these efforts, Burk was pronounced dead at the scene at approximately 10:
