LINCOLN, Neb. —

Coach Matt Rhule said the game against Michigan State wasn't the best, but the team always shows up.

He added that the team has a lot of work to do, but he noted that games in the Big Ten are no joke this season. The coach even referenced the UCLA-Penn State matchup, where the winless Bruins defeated Penn State 42-37.

While discussing the players, he gave Jamir Conn a shoutout for the blocked punt, which was then brought in for a touchdown by Carter Nelson.

Rhule added whenever Jacory Barney Jr. and Dylan Raiola can get a hold of the ball "something good is going to happen."
