TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - In a game where Valdosta State battled back to take a fourth quarter lead, the Blazers couldn’t hold on in the end, falling to Lenior-Rhyne Saturday.

The Bears scored with 14 seconds to play to seal up a 32-25 win, improving to 3-3 while VSU drops to 2-3 on the year.

Valdosta State scored just before the half to head into the break down 21-16. The Blazers took the lead in the fourth quarter, but Lenior-Rhyne scored in the final 14 seconds to seal up the 32-25 win.

The Blazers return to action next Saturday when they travel to The Citadel. They next play at Bazemore-Hyder Saturday, October 25th for Homecoming.
