FORT WORTH, Texas – Throughout his lone season with the Colorado Buffaloes, quarterback Kaidon Salter has provided several exceptional moments.
It’s been a roller-coaster experience, though, never more so than on Saturday night in a 35-21 loss to TCU at Amon G. Carter Stadium.
Salter completed 18 of his 29 passes for 217 yards and two touchdowns. But he threw a career-high three interceptions, two of which turned the tide in a disastrous close of the first half.
“I threw three dumb picks, all bad decisions on me,” Salter said after the game. “I didn’t execute and I have to do better.”
